here's how you make your own gaf

i recommend using pantyhose instead of a sock. it is more comfortable and makes it look more natural

some people need to use the sock for more support tho

here's everything you need to make one

• scissors or anything that can cut underware

• a sock or pantyhose

• any underware you are okay cutting

• step 1: cut off the stretching part of the underware

• step 2: cut a bit of pantyhose or a sock off (enough to hold what you are trying to tuck about as your hand when its in a fist)

• step 3: slide the bit of sock or pantyhose you cut off through the stretchy bit of the underware and bam! you now have a gaf for tucking

here is how you put on the gaf

• step 1: put your legs into each of the holes in your gaf and bring it up to where your pubic area is

• step 2: push back what you are trying to tuck towards your butt

• step 3: pull up your gaf so it keeps what you are trying to tuck between your legs

cool tips

it can help to shave your entire area that you are trying to tuck so that the hairs dont make tucking uncomfortable
